Astrus Corp Expands NCR Footprint, Eyes Growth in Greater Noida and Hapur

Real estate developer Astrus Corp has announced plans to undertake three new projects across the National Capital Region (NCR) during the current and next financial year as part of its expansion strategy.

The company recently completed Astrus Square, a high-street retail development in Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, six months ahead of the completion timeline prescribed under RERA. According to the company, the project reflects its focus on timely execution, quality construction and customer confidence.

Astrus Corp is also developing Astrus Capella in Wave City, Ghaziabad. The project, launched in 2025, is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028. Designed as a modern commercial destination, Astrus Capella combines the accessibility of a high-street retail complex with the convenience of a contemporary shopping environment. The project will house retail outlets, restaurants, cafés, lifestyle stores, wellness centres and office spaces, catering to the growing residential population in and around Wave City.

As part of its growth strategy, the company plans to expand into Greater Noida and Hapur, where it is evaluating new commercial and residential developments. These projects are expected to strengthen the company’s presence in emerging real estate markets supported by improving infrastructure and urbanisation.

Astrus Corp also plans to diversify into premium plotted developments, luxury condominiums and integrated townships, reflecting the growing preference among homebuyers and investors for well-planned communities offering modern infrastructure, open spaces and lifestyle-oriented amenities.
