Rupali Baruah Das and her son, Dr. Manish Das, share a passion for personalized education, believing that each child has their own unique way of learning. To that end, they established a career counselling center and computer institute in 2000, which has earned recognition from several Indian and international organisations. Rupali Baruah Das Started her career in 1989 and has experience of different positions and fields.

During the pandemic period, the duo faced the challenge of providing quality education remotely. To overcome this challenge, they utilised various digital tools such as Google Form, Typeform, ZOOM App, Mentimeter.com, Padlet, Kahoot, Microsoft Team, and Google Team. These tools allowed them to engage with students from different locations and provide personalized attention. They also occasionally used a projector to conduct physical activities, creating a fun learning experience for the students.

Mrs. Rupali Baruah Das is a well-rounded individual who has pursued interests in economics, fine arts, and dance. She has worked as a teacher in several schools, including Peace Cottage, Kendra Vidyalaya, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, and Salt Brook School. She has also been actively involved in various social and cultural activities and has been honored by many esteemed organizations in India for her contributions to education and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Manish Das has been inspired by his mother, Rupali Baruah Das, throughout his career. He was only 14 years old when he started working alongside his mother, and he quickly developed a passion for personalized education. With limited resources, they launched a campaign and used marketing techniques like presentations in colleges and word-of-mouth advertising. Dr. Manish Das says, "We started to do the best we could with our limited resources."

Their efforts paid off, and Supercounsellors was born. Dr. Manish Das, along with his mother, runs multiple foundations and educational institutes under Supercounsellors.Com. Their mission is to educate the next generation and contribute to the field of education, which they believe is the key to making India a developed country.

Apart from being a successful advocate and a career counsellor, Dr. Manish Das is also a certified graphologist, a trained educational psychologist, and a skill India trainer. He has authored several books, including The Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 10 in 1, Life is Beautiful - Poems and Quotes, Supercounsellors.com - Career Guide Book, and a law book based on education law.
