JIIPA receives recognition for promoting trade between India and Japan, 21st March 2023

 

On March 21, 2023, JIIPA, a Tokyo-based NPO, received recognition for their work in promoting trade between India and Japan. Mr. Prashant Godghate, Chairman of JIIPA & Mr. Vikram Kumar Meena, Director of JIIPA, were honoured and felicitated by Solitaire Restaurant located at Hotel Kohinoor Continental in Mumbai.

Mr. Godghate's recognition by Solitaire Restaurant highlights the important work that JIIPA (JAPAN INDIA Industry Promotion Association) is doing to strengthen economic ties between Japan and India with having served the leading brands like Japan Railway, Mitsubishi. This honor is a testament to his leadership and dedication to promoting trade and business opportunities between the two countries. 

JIIPA provides specialized business services, B2B matchmaking, marketing and sales promotion, and trade fairs and exhibitions in Japan and other countries. The organization also supports government trade facilitation and collaborates with the Indian Embassy in Tokyo and various ministries of India and Japan to support government initiatives.

Solitaire Restaurant is a well-known restaurant in the Kohinoor hotel, which is known for embracing all festivities and celebrations. The Food and Beverage Manager, Giles Pereira, expressed his pride in hosting such VIP dignitaries and spoke about the food ambiance and menu of the restaurant.
